Redheaded Honey – Raw Wisconsin Wildflower Honey

Our honey is lovingly crafted in small batches on our homestead, ensuring exceptional quality and care. It is raw, unheated, and minimally processed to preserve its natural integrity. We use a double-sieve stainless steel filtration method at 500 microns to gently remove natural debris while retaining all the beneficial components like pollen, enzymes, and more.

This honey is classified as wildflower honey, sourced from hives nestled within restored native prairie and wildflower fields in Southeast Wisconsin. The diverse flora of the region gives our honey its unique character.
